Fixer Brow Pencil is a clear, universal brow wax fixer formula
that shapes and styles your eyebrows. This clear pencil is universally
flattering for any hair color. The soft lightweight formula
styles, enhances, and keeps brow hairs in place for a groomed, natural
look. Its gel-gliding texture with smooth application and soft
matte finish creates immediately styled and conditioned brows.
Fixer Brow Pencil has a sweat- and water-resistant formula for a
long-wear hold up to 24 hours. Use a spoolie brush to blend the
texture and set eyebrows in place.
The product is hypoallergenic. It doesn’t contain mineral oil and is
paraffin, paraben and fragrance free. It’s vegan and clean.
Fixer is best used after applying brow color for a subtle, yet
defined look, or on clean brows alone to shape brows for a
groomed natural look. Use a spoolie brush to blend the texture and set eyebrows in place.
